| Description | MAB TO MUC1 (CA 27.29). Recognizes the CA 27.29 eptitope on the core peptide sequence of the breast carcinoma associated mucin coded by the Muc1 gene. The minimal epitope bound is the eight amino acid sequence SAPDTRPA within the 20 amino acid tandem repeating sequence of the mucin core. Recognizes both cell culture and humanfluid derived antigens (A33187H). |
