Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to human TAK1-TAB1 at N-terminal, fused to GST-tag expressed in Sf9 insect cells via a baculovirus expression system. Molecular Weight: ~74kD Assay Conditions: Assay was performed in a kinase buffer containing 0.2mM DTT using MBP substrate (0.1mg/ml) and 100mM ATP. Reaction was done at 30oC for 35 min. Application: Useful for studying enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. |
