| Description | Purified by ion-exchange chromatography, gel-filtration and ammonium sulfate fractionation (≥60% determined by SDS-PAGE). NNE is an alpha-alpha homodimer. Specific Activity: 2.5umol/min at 25°C determined in 45mM imidazole, pH 6.8, 45mM potassium chloride, 1.33mM magnesium sulfate, 1mM 2-PG. Application: Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA with polyclonal antibodies. Does not react with monoclonal antibodies to NSE in ELISA and Western Blot. |
