| Description | The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with purified legionella antigen. Samples are then added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells and incubated. Then add alkaline phosphatase-conjugated anti-human IgG to each well and incubate. Finally, substrate solution p-nitrophenylphosphate is added to each well. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sodium hydroxide and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 405 nm +/- 2 |
