| Product Name | HDAC10, Active, Recombinant, Human, FLAG-Tag (Histone Deacetylase 10, HD10) |
| Description | Purified (~50%). HDAC10 is responsible for the deacetylation of lysine residues on the N-terminal part of the core histones (H2A, H2B, H3 and H4). Histone deacetylation gives a tag for epigenetic repression and plays an important role in transcriptional regulation, cell cycle progression and developmental events. Histone deacetylases act via the formation of large multiprotein complexes. Source: Recombinant corresponding to aa2-631 from human HDAC10, fused to Flag-tag at N-terminal, expressed in Sf9 cells via a baculovirus expression system. Molecular Weight: ~67kD Applications: Suitable for use in the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. |
