Antibody to AFP has been shown to be useful in detecting hepatocellular carcinomas (HCC) and germ cell neoplasms, especially yolk sac tumors. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Inhibition assays. Characterization: On SDS-PAGE commassie blue stained gel, the purified protein shows a band at 70kD. |
