| Description | Reacts with CD5 antigen (MW 67kD). LT1 completely cross block binding of MAbs Leu 1 and OKT1. Working dilution: 1:5,000. LT1/CD5 is present on the majority of human T-cells. This antigen is also found on the neoplastic cells in all cases of B cell chronic lymphocytic leukaemia, but is not present on normal B cells or on other cell populations. |
