DPP7/DPP2 is detected in seminal plasma (at protein level). When the pH is 5.5; Dipeptidyl peptidase 2 displays an optimum catalytic activity. DPP7 has low activity at pH 7 and is inactive at pH 8. DPP7 plays an important role in the degradation of some oligopeptides. |
