Also 5-HT2A antagonist (Ki = 8.7 nM). Aripiprazole is a clinically useful neuroleptic and antipsychotic agent. It improves symptoms of psychosis associated with Alzheimer's disease. Aripiprazole blocks cocaine-seeking behavior without affecting other rewarding behaviors in animal models. |
