| Description | Purity ≥ 98% as determined by RP-HPLC, anion-exchange FPLC and/or reducing and non-reducing SDS-PAGE Silver Stained gel. Hexarelin stimulates GH secretion. Hexarelin is more resistant to proteolytic degradation than GHRP-6.Hexarelin 7amino acids His-D-2-Methyl-Trp-Ala-Trp-DPhe-Lys-NH2 and having a molecular weight of 887. Endotoxin: ≤ 0.1ng/ug (IEU/ug) of Hexarelin. Solubility: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Hexarelin 18Mω-cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions. Stability: Lyophilized Hexarelin although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution Hexarelin should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please avoid freeze-thaw cycles. |
