Sensitivity: 0.351ug/ml Range: 0.313-20ug/ml Specificity: This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of porcine APOB. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between porcine APOB and analogues was observed. Test Principle: This BioAssay™ employs the competitive inhibition enzyme immunoassay technique. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with APOB. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells with Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated antibody preparation specific for APOB. The competitive inhibition reaction is launched between with pre-coated APOB and APOB in samples.
