| Description | Recognizes human CD119. In Western Blot only one protein band is stained corresponding to a MW of 43kD, which is equal to the MW for the glycosylated extracellular part of the human extracellular IFNgR (fused to c-myc) and a MW of 27kD corresponding to the non-glycosylated part (fused to c-myc). Does not neutralize biological activity of interferon gamma. |
