| Description | Purity ≥ 90% by SDS-PAGE. Human CSK (GenBank Accession No. NM_004383), full length with N-terminal GST tag, expressed in a Baculovirus infected Sf9 cell expression system. Specific Activity: 100 U/mg. One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme that will transfer 1 nmol phosphate to Tyr substrate per minute at pH 7.4 and 30°C. Assay Buffer: 50mM HEPES, pH 7.4, 3mM MgCl2, 3mM MnCl2, 1mM DTT, 3uM Na-orthovanadate, 0.1mM ATP, 30ug/ml Poly (Glu:Tyr) 4:1 substrate, and 1ug/ml recombinant CSK. Applications: Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. |
