| Description | This human IL-17 BioAssay™ ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of human IL-17. Sample Type: Serum and plasma (human IL-17 concentration is pretty low in normal serum/plasma, it may not be detected in this assay). Cell culture supernatants and urine. Intended Use: Applications include: quantitative protein detection, establishing normal range and validation of antibody array results. Sensitivity: The minimum detectable dose of IL-17 is typically <80pg/ml. Specificity: Recognizes human IL-17.
