| Description | The human IL-2 BioAssay™ ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) kit is an in vitro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the quantitative measurement of human IL-2. Sample Type: Serum and plasma (human IL-2 conc. is pretty low in normal serum/plasma, it may not be detected in this assay). Cell culture supernatants and urine. Intended Use: For use in quantitative protein detection, establishing normal range and validation of antibody array results. Sensitivity: The minimum detectable concentration of IL-2 is <4pg/ml. Range: 4-1500pg/ml Specificity: Recognizes human IL-2.
