| Description | The Anti-Smooth Muscle Antibody (ASMA) BioAssay™ ELISA Kit (Human) is a quantitative sandwich assay for the detection of ASMA in human serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Detection Range: 7.813-500ng/ml Sensitivity: <4.688ng/ml Precision: Intra-Assay CV: <8% Inter-Assay CV: <10% Assay Principle: The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with antigen (Myosin). Standards and samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells followed by biotinylated antigen (biotinylated Myosin). Streptavidin conjugated to horseradish peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. TMB substrate solution is added, after which the enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulfuric acid solution and the resulting color measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm.
